• Products returned without original packaging

• Personalized or custom-made products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
